Solvent / Liquid Storage, Transfer & Dispensing System
For safe and secure transfer of solvents & liquids and to have audit friendly process, Transzend, designed and developed Solvent & Liquid Transfer System. As on date, we have gained expertise to transferred Solvents upto 450 mtr in a single pipe line and the line passes through combination of underground trench, ground level and elevation of 30 MTR for various low flash point solvents from common storage area / solvent yard to different usage points in manufacturing / process area. The system is either based on Flow Meters or Weigh scale with the collection accuracy of 0.1% as per Customer BMR. All the ATEX / FLP components are imported European countries with high reliability and accuracy.
The system is 100% audible and we got appreciations from WHO GMP auditors, FDA team from USA (at 3 customer sites). Our System is compliant to 21 CFR Part 11 and operation by IPC.
We prefer turnkey projects and validations / qualifications as our scope of work. The system can be integrated with the existing processes and procedures.
We provide Dry Compressed Air Line and Nitrogen Lines with Manifold for the Solvent Transfer Line as per System requirements as an option.
All the projects are customised as per site conditions with Safety Integration inbuilt. We follow our SOP in implementing the Project in consultation with all Stake Holders viz Engineering Team, Safety Team (SHE) and Warehouse / Production / Process team.
